PAYMENT METHOD

• If you choose a CASH method and pay by a NON-CASH method, we are UNABLE to refund the fees that were charged (PayPal and Venmo do NOT refund us the fees if we do a refund). The cash discount will be removed from your final invoice and you will still owe the amount that was originally deducted.
• Instructions for each payment method are given on the CHECKOUT PAGE and you will also receive a confirmation email with instructions.; ALL PAYMENTS BESIDES “CREDIT CARD” WILL REQUIRE YOU TO INITIATE YOUR PAYMENT ELSEWHERE (in an app or on a website).
• Again: if you are paying by ANY method except credit card, completing the checkout here ONLY PLACES the order—Unless and until you actually GO to another website or app, LOG IN to your selected payment method on your own, and SEND the payment, no payment has been submitted to us or received by us.

PROCESS :

If there is currently a waitlist (or If there is NOT currently a waitlist, and there are NO kittens available):

• Your DEPOSIT puts you in line to be notified when kittens are born (or reach 8 weeks, depending on which list you are in)..
• When kittens are born, we notify EARLY Selection families, in payment order, beginning with any who also added PRIORITY. (If there are more Specific LITTER families than kittens born, Specific LITTER families will select before non-Specific LITTER families.)
• When the kittens are 8 weeks old, if there are any remaining, REGULAR waitlist families are notified, beginning with any who added PRIORITY.
• Regardless of which list, each family has up to 24 hours to choose, or they can opt to wait until later, or wait for another litter.

NOTE: We now have a shared iCloud or Google Photos album for every litter!

If there is NOT currently a waitlist, and there are kittens available:

• Place your DEPOSIT
• If kittens are under 8 weeks old, you can pay an EARLY SELECTION fee and select your kitten any time after birth.
• If you opt out of EARLY SELECTION you can choose wait to see if there are any available kittens at 8 weeks. (Full disclosure: since late 2023, we have only had kittens available at 8 weeks one time.)
• If there ARE kittens still available at 8 weeks, REGULAR waitlist families who add PRIORITY will choose first, followed by everyone else in deposit order.

REGULAR waitlist without any upgrades:

• If there are NOT kittens still available at 8 weeks, you will have another chance when the next litter
• If you are bumped from one litter from each of our queens, we will let you have the LITTER HOLD upgrade for no charge.

• Kitten Pickup: Kittens can be picked up when they are 12-14 weeks old; longer stays can be arranged for a boarding fee of $20/day
  FINAL PAYMENT due before leaving.

REFUNDS

Unlike most other breeders, we do offer refunds, because we do understand the curves life can throw. But because this is our primary income, and because of the amount of time and other work we put into educating and guiding people both before and after making a deposit—not to mention the work involved in adjusting our waiting lists and finding new owners—it won't be a full refund and there may be a slight delay in sending it. (We can only make a refund after we have received a new deposit or payment from someone else to cover it.)

If you need to back out we will refund 50% of your most recent kitten payment, after subtracting non-refundable items.

NOTE: each payment is only eligible for 50% refund up to the due date of the next payment.

Non-refundable items:
- Upgrade (Priority Waitlist/Selection, Early Selection) fees
- non-refundable processing fees
- sales tax that has already been paid to the state
